Your process shapes the software.
I develop websites, custom web applications, e-commerce stores, dashboards and internal systems myself. My solutions are not built on off-the-shelf public CRM platforms. I build them from scratch or adapt my own platform to your processes, data and users.
01 / SYSTEM ENGINEERING
Technical example: from a workstation through the network and server to a business application. What I address at each layer, and why it matters.
Reliable connectivity for your team.
A workstation needs reliable access to business services. Network configuration, user permissions and remote connectivity should reflect how your team works.
For a business network, I plan IP addressing, connect workstations and configure access to servers according to your needs. Administration also covers computer configuration, updates and connection troubleshooting.
What happens when the network drops?
I check the workstation, local network, internet connection and server. Based on the cause, I propose a fix and measures to reduce recurrence.
OUTCOME
Managed workstations and a network with clearly defined access.
Operations are part of architecture.
The data reaches a server. It needs to be received, stored and made available to the right application. Access control, monitoring and backups belong here — which is why I consider operations from the design stage.
The server needs to know who sends the data, where it belongs and who may access it. The design covers the data model, permissions and deployment. Monitoring and backups complement the application itself.
How will the system operate after deployment?
I address environment management, updates and operational monitoring. My own baremetal and hosting allow the application and its infrastructure to be managed together.
OUTCOME
An environment designed for deployment, maintenance and further development.
Data should support decisions.
A number alone is not useful. The application adds context: a trend, an alert or the next action. The user should understand what is happening and what they can do about it.
The backend applies business rules and APIs connect other systems. On the frontend, I focus on helping users recognise the current state, find information and take the next action. A dashboard should explain, not just display numbers.
What should the user do with the result?
I design the interface around the workflow: an overview, an alert, a confirmation or an automated action. Features are tailored to the actual use case.
