The collaboration is shaped around your team, existing environment and project needs.
Do you need to attract enquiries, sell products or simplify work in your business? That is where the design starts. Every design choice, feature and technology should serve a specific business goal.
You discuss requirements with the person who designs and builds the solution. You do not have to relay technical questions between multiple suppliers.
We agree on deliverables, timelines and pricing upfront. Changes outside the agreed scope are discussed and priced before implementation.
We start with what your business needs today. Additional features, integrations and automation can follow as your needs evolve.
When choosing an agency, a freelancer or a ready-made platform, ask the same questions. This is how I work; individual offers from other providers may differ.

Collaboration for businesses, agencies and development teams. Project delivery or ongoing involvement, depending on your needs.
For agencies and development teams
Contribute to an existing project, build new features or tackle a technically demanding part of the system. Direct collaboration with your team.
For businesses with specific workflows
Design and development shaped around how your business works. From requirements and the data model to deployment.

Ongoing application development, hosting and server management within one collaboration. A technical partner who knows the code and the environment it runs in.
After an initial discussion, we agree on requirements, responsibilities, capacity, timelines and pricing. For ongoing maintenance, we also define support scope and communication.
These principles are specified in the proposal or contract before you order a project. A website enquiry is not an order.
The deposit depends on the project scope. Work starts once requirements are agreed, the deposit is received and the necessary materials are supplied. The deposit counts towards the total price.
I demonstrate the completed solution or provide access for review against the agreed requirements. Defects are recorded and their correction arranged; new requirements are priced separately.
Final handover of the agreed deliverables and access follows full payment, on the schedule stated in the proposal. If we expressly agree on earlier deployment, the balance is due within 7 calendar days of deployment; the invoice is provided no later than deployment day.
If the project is cancelled, the deposit is settled against payment for work performed and reasonable costs to which I am entitled under the contract and applicable law. Any unused balance is refunded. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Three months of support is an additional service. It does not shorten statutory liability for defects or applicable consumer rights.
