The specific features and deliverables, pricing, payment milestones and schedule. We separate one-off development from hosting, the domain, ongoing administration and other costs. We also agree on access, documentation and licensing terms for the delivered solution.
Can you take over a project from another developer?
Yes. After reviewing the code, access and operations, I propose continued development, fixes, modernisation or a rebuild. We first assess what is worth retaining and which materials or permissions are needed. Data and hosting migrations are planned around the specific project.
Do I need a website or a web application?
A website presents your business and services and helps visitors get in touch. A web application also performs work: managing orders, accounts, documents or business processes. Selling products may call for an online store; variable products may need a configurator.
What does custom website development include?
We start with the purpose and content. This is followed by interface design, a responsive frontend, the required backend and integrations. The agreed scope can include technical SEO, testing, deployment and access handover. We confirm features and deliverables before development.
How do you develop a business web application?
We map users, workflows and data. I design permissions, the database and system interfaces. Development follows agreed stages so you can review working features along the way. Preparing operations also includes agreeing on hosting, backups and administration.
Do you use off-the-shelf CRM or template platforms?
I develop custom solutions or adapt my own platforms, rather than configuring a public CRM. I use established programming languages, frameworks and libraries: custom development does not require reinventing every technical component.
What determines the price and delivery date?
The number and complexity of features, interface design, content readiness, integrations and any data migration. To prepare a proposal, I need to know who will use the solution, what it must do and your target date. Scope, price and milestones are agreed upfront.
What happens after launch?
Three months of support for the delivered solution are included: help using it and resolving defects within the agreed scope. New features, hosting and round-the-clock availability are not automatically included. Ongoing maintenance and development can be agreed separately.
